Coastal Recycling has some exciting new opportunities for Recycling Operatives at our Kenbury Wood site in Exeter

At Coastal Recycling, we love working with waste. Whether we’re using it to power homes, finding new ways to recycle it or simply keeping it off the streets, we believe every day is an opportunity to improve the lives of many.

Experience is not essential but a willingness to learn and develop in the role is.

We have an opening to join our team of recycling operative with opportunities to receive training on various mobile and fixed site plant, such as forklifts, telehandlers, 360 excavators/selector grabs, baler. We can also provide training on first aid and fire Marshall.

Job Role

  • - Monday to Friday, 7.30 - 16.30
  • - 42.5 hour week with overtime available (overtime at 1.5 x hourly rate after 42.5 hours)
  • - Full-time, Permanent

Ideal Qualities:

  • - Experience is not essential
  • - Must be physically fit due to nature of work
  • - Ability to effectively communicate and understand health and safety instructions

      £13.20 per hour (Overtime rate of £18.00 per hour after 45 hours)

      • - Permanent, Full-time

      • - Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)

      • - Start time between 6am - 7am

      • - Standard 45 hour week with overtime available.
