Qualifications

- Proven experience in traffic management or similar role (highly preferred).

- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and drivers (mandatory).

- Basic understanding of construction or waste management practices

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

- Direct and guide lorry and plant movements safely around site
-
- Classify and direct incoming waste loads
-
- Communicate with drivers, weighbridge operators, and site staff

- Manage pedestrian safety and vehicle routes

- Perform visual safety checks and report hazards or incidents

- Support general site duties during quieter periods
