We’re a family feel, employee-owned business with strong environmental values. We might not technically be related but we’re a family. Since 2021 we’ve been an employee-owned business, so we care about the business like equals. Our people are at the heart of everything we do.

We don’t mess around when it comes to sustainability. The team here are professional, serious about the transparency of waste reporting and developing excellent bespoke reports to help customers understand their waste arisings. Not only this, we support our local communities in educating them on the importance of recycling and giving back by supporting environmental initiatives such as ocean pollution and wood reuse.

              Each year we grow, but we stay true to our roots, looking after the businesses that make Devon what it is. Connecting with the local community and educating with our sustainability knowledge is a key practice at Coastal and one we strive to achieve year after year.

              We’ve been providing sustainable waste management services across Devon for over 30 years.

              We operate from four main sites across Devon, employing more than 150 people in our team. Across our brands, we handle over 312,000 tonnes of material each year of which 90% will be recycled or recovered.
